January 15th will be 1 year for me. I've reversed type 2 diabetes, reversed high blood pressure got off 2 different BP meds, lost 70 lbs, got off daily use of heartburn meds, I no longer binge drink like a lil dumbass college kid, my skin is clear, and my mental health and motivation are way up! I sleep like a baby and jump out of bed early and ready to go! I eat once a day when I don't forget, zero hunger/cravings.1 year until 50 and I'm healthier than I have been since high school.
