Carnivore Surf & Turf Skewers🔥

Because why pick between land and sea when you can dominate both?

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ribeye or NY strip steak (cut into 1.5-inch cubes)

  • 12 large shrimp (peeled, tail-on or off — your call)

  • 6 slices of thick-cut bacon

  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper

  • Optional: melted beef tallow or butter for brushing

  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden ones)

Instructions:

  1. Wrap each shrimp in half a slice of bacon and secure with a skewer. Alternate steak cubes and bacon-wrapped shrimp on the skewer like a meaty flag of freedom.

  2. Season generously with sea salt and cracked pepper. That’s it — no plants needed.

  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high. If you’re using charcoal or wood, even better — bring that primal flavor.

  4. Grill skewers for 2–3 minutes per side for shrimp, and about 3–4 minutes per side for steak, depending on thickness and how rare you like it.

  5. Brush with beef tallow or melted butter in the last minute of grilling for an extra layer of savory glory.

  6. Let rest 5 minutes, then serve hot — straight off the skewer if you're savage enough.

Pro Tip:

Pair this with a cold glass of Water (electrolyte-packed) and eat it outside, shirtless, staring into the horizon like a modern caveman who just conquered dinner. 🍖🔥🌅
