Carnivore Snack Recipe: Bacon-Wrapped Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
12 slices of bacon (thin or medium thickness works best)
6 oz block of your favorite cheese (cheddar, gouda, or gruyere work well)
Optional: Pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne for extra flavor
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the cheese into small bite-sized cubes (about 1 inch).
Wrap each cheese cube with a slice of bacon. If the bacon is long, cut it in half. Ensure the ends of the bacon overlap slightly to keep it secure (you can use a toothpick if needed).
Place the wrapped bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Optional: Sprinkle a tiny pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne on top for added flavor.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese starts to melt slightly.
Let cool for a minute or two (careful, the cheese will be hot!) before enjoying.
Storage Tip:
If you're making extra, store them in the fridge in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for a quick snack!
