Carnivore Cheeseburger Soup Recipe
This hearty and creamy Carnivore Cheeseburger Soup is packed with protein and healthy fats, perfect for those following the carnivore diet. It’s simple, comforting, and incredibly satisfying!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for the perfect fat-to-meat ratio)
4 oz bacon, chopped (optional for extra flavor)
2 cups beef broth (check ingredients to ensure it's carnivore-friendly)
1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut cream if preferred)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great, but any melty cheese will do)
2 tbsp butter (for richness)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Bacon (Optional):
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pot.
2️⃣ Brown the Ground Beef:
