Carnivore Breakfast Burritos (Egg White Wrap Edition)๐ฅ

๐งพ Ingredients:
4 egg white wraps (EggLife is a popular brand, or make your own)
1/2 lb ground beef or ground breakfast sausage
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
4 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, if you tolerate dairy)
1 tbsp butter or tallow (for cooking)
Salt to taste
๐ฅ Optional Add-ins (still Carnivore-friendly):
Diced steak or leftover ribeye
Crumbled hard-boiled eggs
Pork rinds (for crunch โ add right before serving)
๐ณ Instructions:
1. Cook the Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Remove and set aside. Cook bacon in the same pan and chop once crispy.
2. Scramble the Eggs
Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. Add butter or tallow to the skillet, pour in eggs, and scramble until soft and fluffy.
3. Assemble the Burritos
Lay out egg white wraps. Add a scoop of scrambled eggs, spoonful of meat, chopped bacon, and cheese (if using).
4. Wrap and Heat
Fold into burritos. Sear seam-side down in the skillet for 1โ2 minutes until lightly crisped.
5. Serve or Store
Enjoy hot โ or wrap in foil for an easy, on-the-go breakfast. Reheats great in a toaster oven or air fryer.
